What does your service do?

We edit and proofread documents and ensure there is quality and consistency of tone in all your work. Our experts refine documents from all fields so you can always submit polished work.

Who is editing my documents?

At PostScrib, all our editors are native English speakers with at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Many of our editors even have advanced level degrees in wide ranging fields including the more technical ones.

How do I get my word count for files submitted in PDF?

First you click select all under the edit toolbar. Then you can click copy and paste it into a word document. You can see the word count at the bottom of the word document.

What is your minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size, but we do have a minimum order charge of USD $1.

Will you write my documents for me?

Our editors cannot write any documents or contents of any kind. They will refine and correct your documents for spelling errors, and grammar mistakes. Using our editors, you will see the impact they will have in bringing out the best in your work and ideas.

What are all the red texts, comments and balloons in my paper?

Your documents have been edited using Microsoft Word’s Track Changes option. We have left these changes for you to see all our corrections and leave it to you to accept or reject our suggestions.

I have submitted a Word File but cannot see what you have marked.

The ‘mark up’ field may be turned off in this case.

For MS Word 2016: Click on the Review tab in the toolbar section. Go the Tracking section and click on the top option of the three drop down menus to the right of the button named Track Changes. Choose All Markup. Click on Show Markup and ensure that All Available Options are checked.

For MS Word 2007: Click on the Review tab in the toolbar section. In the Tracking section click on the top of the three drop down menus to the right of the button named Balloons. Click on the top button named “Final Showing Markup”.

How will my work be kept confidential?

PostScrib takes privacy very seriously. We do not collect, store or disseminate information to anybody other than those in charge of directly editing the work and we do not keep work stored for any period longer than one week from the date work is returned to you.

Do you offer free samples so I can see the quality of your work?

Yes! We offer free samples for up to 300 words per user. We will pull out all the stops to show you the quality of our work.

Does my University allow me to use this service?

Yes. Since we will not be writing any of your work nor making any material changes, this does not infringe on most University’s copyright policies. Most universities even encourage students to have their work reviewed before submission.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your job order, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will cancel your job order immediately along with a full refund. However, because most of our editors will begin working on your documents quickly after submission, please ensure your cancel order request is given 30 minutes or less after submission or else we cannot cancel.
